Our Story

In 2011, Dr. Robert Levine founded GLOH Education LLC and Levine Consulting. Through these companies, Dr. Levine has been designing & customizing online laser training programs for students and dental professionals around the world. The founding principle has always been to provide concise education in a variety of ways, to suit the different learning styles of every individual.
In 2019, Dr. Levine identified a gap in the ability of companies to provide Continuing Dental Education with recognition by the American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP). ADA CERP recognition demonstrates compliance with established standards of educational quality and allows recognized providers to offer CE credit. Additionally, ADA CERP has expanded its reach and now participates in a Joint Accreditation collaboration, allowing it to provide CE credit for the entire healthcare team. Dr. Levine noticed that some organizations wanted to offer Continuing Education courses but were unable to earn ADA CERP recognition — while others lacked the in-house resources necessary to manage a compliant CE offering.

Furthermore, Dr. Levine recognized an upcoming roadblock for many existing CE providers —specifically, companies that manufacture or sell products. Effective July 2023, these companies will no longer be able to self certify and provide CE credit recognition to dental professionals. Instead, they’ll need to work with an independent, recognized, non-commercial entity in order to offer Continuing Education credit for their courses.

Quantum DCE was created to bridge these gaps. The plan now is to expand the scope of Continuing Education beyond dentistry, to other medical and healthcare professions.
